The Center for Great Purposes
The Center for Great Purposes is available for use by current Meyer grantees. If you have an active grant with Meyer, then you are eligible to reserve the space. Quick Facts
- Room size and capacity: 1,128 square feet; comfortably accommodates up to 100 depending on room setup
- Pre-function space: 987 square feet
- Catering entrance and kitchen
- Six all-gender restrooms, three of which are wheelchair accessible
- Garden access
- AV/Tech capabilities - Zoom-equipped room with 120.5”x 67.75” size screen (TV wall), built in microphones and sound system. Guest wifi available. More information on AV/Tech here
- Close proximity to public transportation. Limited street parking
- Space can be reserved up to three months in advance
- Bookings require a minimum of three business days advance notice and is subject to availability
The following types of events are not permitted in the Center for Great Purposes:
- Events with 501(c)(4), direct or grassroots lobbying, political campaigns or electoral/partisan activities or content
- Commercial events with any profit-making activities
- Non-charitable/private events such as weddings or birthday parties

Co-Working Space at Meyer Memorial Trust Headquarters
OUR CO-WORKING SPACE IS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED THROUGH FALL 2025. FUTURE VACANCIES WILL BE ANNOUNCED THROUGH OUR NEWSLETTER.
Meyer HQ offers a temporary co-working space for small organizations at no charge. Priority consideration is given to grantees that serve the greater Albina neighborhood. More details on the space and terms of use is below.

- Lease commitment of 6 to 24 months
Priority consideration for:
- Organizations with operating budgets less than $2 million
- Emerging nonprofits growing their operating budget
- Collaboration and coalition work
- Organizations with an emergent need
- Organizations that serve the greater Albina neighborhood
