Personal inspiration pushes Crystal. As Crystal’s career aspirations evolved, her interests and drive to make a more measurable difference in the community motivated her to direct her human resources experiences to the nonprofit sector.

Before Meyer, Crystal worked at U.S. Bank for 23 years in varying human resources roles. The experience offered a vast breadth of human resources competencies, from talent management and succession planning to leadership development. Her volunteer work with Chess for Success and REAP Inc. has been most rewarding.
Crystal joined Meyer in 2014. She is a member of Meyer's executive team.
