Nicole is driven by an urge to tackle the barriers that block inclusivity and equity for students who have long been overlooked and underserved.
While studying Multinational Business at Florida State University, Nicole participated in international education internships in Hong Kong, Germany and Japan. Her studies and travel instilled a passion for cross-cultural communication, inclusivity and education that has followed her throughout her career. She continued along this path while earning a Masters in International Education from Concordia University Irvine during a year-long teaching contract in Zhenjiang, China.

Before Meyer, Nicole worked in higher education for a private, nonprofit university focused on serving non-traditional students.
Nicole joined Meyer in 2017.
