Iliana oversees Meyer Headquarters and everything that happens in it. With warmth and meticulous care, she makes the building a welcoming space for grantee partners, visitors and staff. Centering community is important to her and she hopes the co-working space and the Center for Great Purposes continue to bring people in.
Iliana joined Meyer because wanted to work for a mission-driven organization. She’s inspired in helping others achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential.
Before Meyer, she worked for the Multnomah County Lead Poisoning Prevention program where she tested, assessed and mitigated lead poisoning on behalf of Latine communities. Later she worked in the hospitality industry for a small boutique hotel as their group sales and marketing manager before making her way to Meyer where she started as an administrative assistant.
In her free time, Iliana loves gardening and learning about anything plant related. She currently serves on the board of Hoyt Arboretum. As a master gardener, she is here to answer any of your plant and gardening questions!
