Manufactured Home Repairs

RFP Release Date: Tuesday, November 1, 2016
Proposals Due: 5 p.m., Monday, December 5, 2016
Grant Funds Available: February 2017

Meyer Memorial Trust invites proposals from nonprofit organizations, tribal communities and public housing authorities to expand the reach and impact of critical repair programs for manufactured homes in rural Oregon.

Goals of this RFP:

  • Assist low-income manufactured homeowners with critical repairs
  • Build the capacity and expertise of rural critical repair programs
  • Leverage other available resources for repairs

Proposals are encouraged from both programs that already carry out repairs to manufactured homes, and from organizations operating similar repair programs that have not yet taken on manufactured homes specifically, but would like to expand into that work. An application under this RFP does not preclude organizations from submitting proposals for other grant opportunities through the Affordable Housing Initiative or other Meyer funding opportunities.
